Summer Reading List 2013

Let me start off by telling you that I'm kind of a list maker...

With the summer almost here (my last day of school being May 31st), I've already started to  make out lists of what books I want to read over the summer of 2013. Last year was a complete and utter fail for me, as I only read a total of four books last summer. I don't even want to take about it.

This year however, things are going to be different. My friend Piper and I are hosting a month long read-a-thon called the A.A. Read-a-thon that will be going on from June 1st to June 30th and of course I plan on participating (duh). I thought I would share with you the books I plan on reading this summer and also highlight the one's I would like to read next month.  Feel free to check out the GoodRead's shelf I made of all the books.

These are in the order of the one's I want to read in June first, then the other ones after.

1. Animal Farm by George Orwell

2. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling

3. This is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E. Smith

4. A Tree Grows in Brooklyn by Betty Smith

5. The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis

6. The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger

7. The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin

8. The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank

Now we get into the other books I plan on reading...
